Below is our Grievance Policy for North New Jersey DSA where it explains our grievance process. As a socialist organization, we value comrades well-being and safety in our organizing spaces, and in cases where this cannot be met, we will refer to our grievance policy as outlined below to mediate and resolve any conflicts or issues between comrades in the chapter.
